He has a degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts-Boston & a graduate degree in Special Education from Fairfield University with 23 years in the field of Special Education & Political Science; working across the country with families, individuals, Parks & Recreation offices, & public schools in Boston, O'ahu, Marthas Vineyard, Manhattan, Westchester & Ramapo Counties of New York, & Fairfield County, Connecticut.
